There will be a reading of Aditya Sudarshan‘s play Sensible People at Crossword on the 3rd of June. The readers are Lakshmi Krishnamurty, Priya Rao, Shashank Purushotham, Deepika Arwind , Swetanshu Bora and Neha Miglani.
Sudarshan’s first book is a detective novel titled A Nice Quiet Holiday (Westland Books, 2009). He is also a scriptwriter for NDTV’s political comedy show, ‘The Great Indian Tamasha.’ Sensible People is set in a middle-class Delhi. It is the story of two well respected bureaucratic families forced to face scandal and re-examine the values they live by. The play will be staged by Delhi’s Ruchika Theatre Group later this year.
